COVID-19 Policy Respone--可删除?

You may experience delivery delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but we are committed to getting your contact lens to you as soon as possible.

We are concerned about your and our employee's health and safety during this difficult time. In light of the current uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking all necessary precautions to follow World Health Organization guidelines, as well as doing everything in our power to ensure that all health and hygiene standards are met.

To continue meeting customer needs and ensuring safety, we have implemented the following measures:

Anyone working in our workshops must wear gloves and masks.

All of our contact lenses are thoroughly cleaned before shipping.

When we receive a return, an in-house member of our team disinfects it.

All international travel, as well as all unnecessary domestic travel and large company gatherings, are discontinued.

Self-quarantines are required for anyone who has traveled to any of the high-risk countries.

Some FAQs:

Q: I'd like to know when I can expect to receive this order.

A: It usually takes between 10 and 15 days to arrive. It may now experience some delays as a result of COVID-19.

Q: Lost Packages:

1. Lost by the logistics company:

-If the logistics information hasn't been updated in more than 60 days or/the logistics company claims the package is lost, we will resend it to you for free or refund the full order price.

2. Lost by the local post office:

-If the package was delivered in accordance with the proof profile. Please contact your local post office and request a lost proof and send it to us; we will reship the package to you for free or refund the full amount of the order.

3. Lost as a result of customer reasons:

-Incorrect address/no one picked it up - Please contact us and we will handle it.
