Track Order Status
When the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Your tracking number is included in the email. You can copy and paste the tracking number from the order notification email into the inquiry box below.
Tracking status may not be synchronized in real-time; if your order logistics have not been updated for a long time in your country, it is recommended that you contact the post office as soon as possible to inquire about the parcel status. Of course, you may also notify us, and we will gladly help you urge the delivery.
