MCLEYE offers a generous return policy. If you are unhappy with your order(s), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the merchandise (if shipping out). The return address is the same as the original address, however, please contact customer service through email at service@mcleye.com to confirm the return details. For return details, please refer to Question 4. No handling fees for returns, but the return shipping costs are undertaken by customers. Once your package is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 7 business days according to the value of the products you sent back to us. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 3 days after you ship the merchandise back to us for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card. We will offer a screenshot for your refund, if you have not received your refund within 3 days, please contact your bank.
